Recherche de personnes motivées pour la création d’une AMAP à Fresnes
eogez | 9 août 2008Saunielle, qui réside au Clos La Garenne depuis plus d’un an, a découvert le fonctionnement des Associations pour le Maintien de l’Agriculture Paysanne (AMAP).
Il s’agit d’un groupe de consommateurs, réunis en une association, qui passent un contrat avec un agriculteur bio de la région parisienne qui livre dans un lieu à définir sur la commune chaque semaine un panier ou un demi panier de légumes de saison. C’est écologique, économique (environ 15 € par panier), solidaire et cela participe à une alimentation saine. Les AMAP peuvent aussi proposer d’autres types de produits tels que des oeufs, de la viande, des produits laitiers, du pain selon les besoins et les demandes des adhérents.
Elle souhaiterait créer une association de ce type à Fresnes et recherche donc des personnes intéressées et motivées par ce projet.
